EHRA Non-Faculty Annual Performance Reviews - Additional Clarifications
Colleagues, Yesterday you may have received an email from Paulette Douglas in Human Resources regarding the EHRA Non-Faculty annual appraisals which are due by July 30, 2018. Human Resources is asking evaluators to use the form provided (see link below) to indicate the overall rating for EHRA Non-Faculty Performance Reviews. Supervisors MAY also attach other documents (i.e., a narrative review) to the form to support the rating. All UNC System campuses are required to evaluate EHRA Non-Faculty on the Institutional Goals. This can be done by including an assessment in a narrative review attachment (HR is being somewhat flexible this year since this is a change). Faculty are not included in this process so any person who has a faculty appointment will continue to follow the process identified by Academic Affairs through the Office of the Provost. Please forward this message to supervisors of EHRA Non-Faculty, as needed. Thank you. ————————- ORIGINAL MESSAGE FROM HR: From: pdougla6@uncc.edu <pdougla6@uncc.edu> On Behalf OfNinerTalent Stakes Sent: Thursday, June 21, 2018 2:26 PM Subject: EHRA Non-Faculty Appraisals Due July 30 The review period for EHRA non-faculty employees (July 1 – June 30) is coming to a close and we encourage you to begin preparing EHRA Non-Faculty performance appraisals.
